Prior to joining LLG WM&P, Arron was a top advisor at Allstate Financial Services and Lincoln Benefit, and served as Assistant Vice President for First Union (now Wachovia). With extensive experience presenting seminars to corporations and individuals, Arron is an excellent educator in the subjects of early retirement, asset management, stock options and investments. At LPL Financial in 2009 Arron was given the Freedom Club award for Outstanding Client Service.

Arron earned his Bachelor of Business and Finance degree from Stamford University, and went on to serve in the US Military. Arron is a Veteran of Operation Desert Storm where he was wounded, returned home to the US, fully recovered and was highly decorated for valor during combat operations in Iraq.

Arron is married to Kathryn, with whom he enjoys raising their four sons and two dogs.
